Allana Buick & Bers (ABB) was retained by The Matteson Companies of Redwood City, California to perform a due diligence inspection and evaluation of a three-story, steel-framed, GFRC clad office building in Las Vegas, Nevada. The work included roofing, window & building envelope reviews; mechanical, HVAC and electrical systems review.

ABB also provided a cursory review of maintenance records as well as construction permits and maintenance repairs made in the previous the last ten years. The various components were surveyed in an attempt to determine existing conditions and to develop a recommended repair or replacement program with associated cost estimates.
