Allana Buick & Bers (ABB) Rincon Gardens is a 200 unit, wood framed, three story stucco clad building in Campbell, California. ABB prepared a Facility Condition Assessment including a repair budget and review of the architectural, code compliance, ADA, site work, landscaping, seismic systems, roof, building envelope, utilities, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, elevator, and WiFi and interior finishes including cabinets, fixtures, carpet and paint.

The study and report were prepared in accordance with the requirements of ASTM E-2018. The repair and upgrade work recommended in the study will be funded through a State of California grant program to rehabilitate the entire building.
