Allana Buick & Bers (ABB) provided a summary rehabilitation report, construction documents including schematic design and details for the complete rehabilitation of 10 buildings, 280 units. Rehabilitation work included plumbing, domestic hot water systems, structural, seismic, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, stucco, site drainage and landscaping. ABB also assisted with obtaining building permits to commence construction.
