Allana Buick & Bers (ABB) in 2002 evaluated various exterior building components including balconies, decks, stairs and landings for this 472-unit luxury apartment and condominium complex. ABB also provided remedial design work and construction document services. In 2003 some buildings were damaged by large wildfires. ABB was retained to assess the extent of structural damage to those buildings and provided reconstruction design and construction management services.
