Allana Buick & Bers (ABB) performed an investigation for stucco and concrete spall repairs, elastomeric coatings, elevated walkway waterproofing, and pool deck repair for the Ono Vista Apartments in Mokuleia on O´ahu.

The Ono Vista Apartments are two five-story apartment buildings. The structures are concrete and concrete masonry units (CMU) and were built in 1975.

ABB prepared construction documents for building repairs, provided bid phase services, and construction administration.
