Allana Buick & Bers, Inc. (ABB) provided construction defect litigation and remedial roofing, building envelope and consulting services. Due to construction defects, ABB was retained to provide forensic investigation of the exterior stucco system for a 15 building, 236 unit apartment complex, consisting of two and three story wood framed construction.

The scope of the investigation included evaluating cause of leaks, reviewing the condition of the exterior one coat stucco, balcony and breezeway waterproofing, tile roofing and gutters, and assisting in defining culpability and recommending remedial repairs. Additionally ABB provided on-site construction management and construction monitoring.
