Tradewinds Terrace Condominiums - San Jose, California
Performed a detailed forensic investigation, evaluation and provided recommendations for the replacement of siding, decks, stairs, windows, roofs, and related flashing and sealants systems. The results of the investigation lead to making recommendations for material and component selection as well as the preparation of plans, specification and construction details.

The Beau Rivage Hotel - Biloxi, Mississippi
The Beau Rivage Hotel suffered major roof damage during 2006 Hurricane Katrina. Provided quick response by performing damage assessment services and construction details to begin the necessary repairs.

UCSD McDonald Center Scripps Hospital - San Diego, California
Performed forensic investigation of the building envelope system for moisture and water intrusion. Included analysis of existing building leaks and damage. Prepared report mitigation needs and resolution. Developed necessary remedial repair design and performed construction monitoring services.

Westin Ka´anapali Ocean Resort Villas - Lahaina, Hawaii
Performed construction review, forensic investigations, and inspections at two newly constructed buildings for exterior insulation and finish system (EIFS) walls, other exterior walls, concrete tile and built up roofs, chilled water piping insulation and bathroom showers. Also provided design, waterproofing consultation, construction administration and construction inspection of multiple trades including, windows, doors, showers, below grade waterproofing, roofs and sheet metal for new buildings.

Santa Clara County Juvenile Detention Center - San Jose, California
Provided investigation and analysis of cracks and unforseen conditions in the new exterior walls at the Juvenile Detention Center, includiding investigation and preparation of construction details for roofing,walls and waterproofing. Also provided construction phase services including review of work and submittal of reports.

Foothill Community College, Building 7500, Green Roof - Los Altos, California
Performed peer review services to assist the architect of record in selecting the correct waterproofing system. ABB also developed design details of the waterproofing system and performed construction monitoring during installation. This included verifying the condition of the deck prior to membrane installation, the proper cleaning methods of the deck, proper installation of all termination bars, protection layer, and drainage mat, sheet metal flashings, and related sealants.
