Waterproofing/Exterior Facade Consultant LA122The Waterproofing/Exterior Facade Consultant contributes to the development of construction documents, details and specifications and will conduct field investigations and condition assessments to produce technical reports for clients. We are looking for candidates with the following experience and qualifications: A minimum of 5 years of experience and advanced technical knowledge and familiarity with waterproofing, curtain wall and exterior facade system design, installation and materials in commercial, industrial and multi-family buildings. Curtain wall, stucco, metal panel and other building cladding experience is also desirable. Bachelors degree in architecture, civil engineering or a closely related field is preferred. Professional Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) and/or a Registered Roof Consultant (RRC) or Registered Waterproofing consultant is also preferred.
