Allana Buick & Bers (ABB) performed an investigation and assembled remedial repair alternatives of moisture intrusion occurring at roofs and windows for the Royal Iolani Condominiums in the Ewa and Diamond Head towers as well as in the classrooms at the Iolani School located in a six story parking structure.

ABB then developed specifications and construction details, and performed construction administration and construction monitoring for renovations of roofing systems and building exteriors. ABB also performed an investigation and structural review of the six level parking structure including recommendations and budget costs for repairs and upgrades.

The Royal Iolani consists of two towers which are concrete structures approximately 25 years old. Both buildings are 40 stories, each with 295 individual units. Additionally, there is an elevated concrete parking structure of approximately the same age.
