Allana Buick & Bers (ABB) prepared an ASTM E-2018 review of The Enclave at Village Square,128-unit apartment complex. The review included analysis of individual heat pumps, water heaters, kitchen fans, boilers, restrooms and building envelope systems. Also prepared five-year capital replacement plan of $1.25 million.

ABB developed plans and specifications for rehabilitation of these features, including upgrades to systems and components as well as provided construction phase services.
