Allana Buick & Bers, Inc. (ABB) performed a wide variety of architectural-engineering consulting services for the new construction of Town Square, which is a commercial and retail complex consisting of 17 buildings totaling over 850,000 SF and a large parking structure.

ABB provided waterproofing consulting and peer review services of all building envelope, below-grade waterproofing, and interior component details and specifications including terraces, bridges, balconies, elevator pits, foundation walls, bathroom floors, interior walls, sinks, exterior windows, and other wall penetrations. Additionally, we provided construction period services including monitoring of the roof system installation.
