Allana Buick & Bers (ABB) was retained by Stanford University to provide roof design consulting for multiple buildings with multiple roofing systems throughout the campus. One of those buildings included Vaden Health Care Center. ABB assisted in value engineering reviews and provided construction administration and construction monitoring services. Subsequent to construction, ABB assisted Stanford University in diagnosing structural failure of GFRC wall panels and provided remedial waterproofing design assistance during removal and replacement of failed GFRC panels
