Allana Buick & Bers (ABB) was selected by WCIT Architects of Honolulu, Hawaii, to provide architectural and engineering consulting services for a Starwood Vacation Resorts project called the Westin Ka´anapali Ocean Resort on the island of Maui.

The project consists of four main buildings with over 400 residential units and some smaller recreation buildings. ABB was requested to provide construction review, design services, forensic investigation, waterproofing consultation, construction administration and construction monitoring on the last two buildings being constructed.

Additional services included design review and construction period services for EIFS walls and other exterior walls systems, concrete tile and built-up roof systems, chilled water piping insulation, bathroom showers, and below grade waterproofing.
