Allana Buick & Bers (ABB) was requested to perform a variety of consulting and construction support services for the Princeville Vacation Ownership, which is a new resort hotel on the island of Kauai, Hawaii. This resort and condominium complex consists of 366 units throughout seven 2- to 3- story residential buildings.  The resort also includes a separate amenities building.

Construction consists of concrete, structural steel, light gauge steel walls, light-weight concrete over metal deck, concrete tile roofs and a synthetic thatch roof system installed on certain buildings. The buildings exteriors consists of Hardi-Board wood panel board and batten siding, battens and cast rock veneer.
