Allana Buick & Bers (ABB) is an architectural-engineering consulting firm specializing in the preparation of construction plans.  ABB delivers construction plans that demonstrate a high standard of care for quality construction. Our team strives to represent the best approach to meet our client’s budget, long-term needs, and schedule. Construction plans are prepared using industry-standard software and specifications are prepared in Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) format. Construction documents are developed to be complete and accurate, which historically has demonstrated few change orders.  (Less than 3% of overall construction costs.)
