Allana Buick & Bers (ABB) is an architectural-engineering consulting firm specializing in the preparation of construction documents including specifications.  ABB delivers constructions specifications that demonstrate a high standard of care for quality construction. Our team strives to represent the best approach to meet our client’s budget, long-term needs, and schedule. Construction drawings are prepared using industry standard software and the specifications are prepared in Construction Specifications Institute (CSI) format. Construction documents are developed to be complete and accurate, which historically has demonstrated few change orders.  (Less than 3% of overall construction costs.)
