Allana Buick & Bers, Inc. Announces New Associate Principals

PALO ALTO, CA February 2, 2010 – Palo Alto based-Allana Buick & Bers, Inc. (ABB) announces the promotion of three employees to Associate Principal.

Jerome Jeffers – Associate Principal
Jerome Jeffers has fulfilled the role of ABB’s Design Services Manager working out of the Palo Alto office. Mr. Jeffers has worked at ABB for seven years, from 1997 through 2001 and from 2005-2006. In April of 2008 he rejoined the firm to assume supervision of the Design Department.

Mr. Jeffers has been a leader in the development of standard operating procedures for design projects that incorporate the communication, documentation, quality assurance and quality control required to meet the firm’s expectations for client service and design excellence. He has also spearheaded the improvement of web-based access to the latest corporate design tools, office master specifications, and guide details for all of ABB’s offices.

Norbert Lohse, RA – Associate Principal
Norbert Lohse joined the firm in March of 2009, bringing more than 40 years of experience as an architect and contractor. Additionally, Mr. Lohse has extensive forensic experience and a strong background in construction defect expert testimony and support services. Mr. Lohse manages the San Diego office and has been instrumental in building our regional business.

Ian Forsyth, PE – Associate Principal
Ian Forsyth is the second in command at ABB’s island outpost in Honolulu, working alongside Principal Dana Bergeman. Mr. Forsyth joined the firm in 2006 and provides invaluable technical direction, project management and client development to ABB’s Hawaii offices.
