Allana Buick & Bers, Inc. (ABB) was retained by Raintree Partners (Raintree) to provide building envelope consulting services for the new multi-family residential construction project located 201 Marshall Street in Redwood City, California.
201 Marshall is a five level residential building. One level of the garage structure is subterranean, and its upper two levels are wrapped at the street level with live/work units, leasing office, fitness center, lounge area, and lobby spaces with direct access from the street. The project has 116 total dwelling units consisting of studios, 1-bedroom and 2-bedroom units, and mezzanines on the upper floor.
ABB provided Raintree with design consultation including recommendations relating to the selection of various roofing and waterproofing assemblies and components.
ABB provided design development drawings, specification review and additional sketches and mark-ups of construction documents. Construction administration and construction monitoring were also included as part of our scope.
