Conley Group, An ABBAE Company, was retained by Duke Realty to provide building enclosure consulting services, including design review, bid phase support, construction administration, and water infiltration testing for the Baylor Medical Office Building located in McKinney, Texas.
The 3-story, 80,672 square foot Medical Office Building is a new construction development of multi-discipline physician office spaces.
Conley Group reviewed design documents including specifications and drawings to identify areas of potential problems. Following design review, written reports and recommendations were submitted to the client. Conley Group also reviewed submittals and shop drawings for critical envelope components such as Glass & Glazing, Metal Panels, Precast, Caulking, & Roofing. Throughout construction, Conley Group performed site visits and construction administration including attending pre-construction meetings and inspection of assemblies with the superintendent – a written report was delivered containing all findings.
