Allana Buick & Bers, Inc. (ABB) was retained by the BRE Properties to conduct a thorough property condition assessment (PCA) of the building envelope, mechanical and electrical systems for an apartment building in downtown Seattle.
Centennial Towers is a 27-story building with ground floor retail, on-grade and below-level parking. Residence amenities include a fitness center, recreation and meeting rooms, indoor pool and outdoor terrace on the second level.
ABB’s PCA included recommendations for several areas of repair, primarily to the outdoor deck areas at second and third floors. Other repairs included the steel frame on the ground floor, mechanical and plumbing issues, and swimming pool duct remediation to prevent further mezzanine/garage level leaking.
