Allana Buick & Bers, Inc. (ABBAE) was asked by the State of Hawaii’s Hawaii Public Housing Authority (HPHA) to provide consulting engineering services for three separate properties on Hawai’i island.
Pomaika’i Homes, Hale Aloha o Puna Housing, and Pahala Elderly Housing comprise of approximately seventy-five rental units. ABBAE provided design of structural, architectural, civil, mechanical, and electrical repairs and renovations .
Scope including exterior repairs, site improvements and community asset upgrades, and interior alterations to selected apartments to create ADA compliant, accessible low-cost rentals for senior citizens of Hawaii County.
