Allana Buick & Bers, Inc. (ABBAE) was retained to provide investigation and assessment of water intrusion to the exterior walls following a 2008 renovation.
ABBAE provided investigation services, including destructive testing to exposed waterproofing of the below grade portion of the building, located on the north side. Our report provided the client with repair recommendations to prevent further water intrusion.
The Hollywood Palladium was built in 1940 and was given a 2009 Preservation Award by the Los Angeles Conservancy.
