ABBAE provided construction monitoring services for the installation of a new built-up roofing system at the Nordstrom store at Ala Moana Shopping Center in Honolulu, Hawaii. The roof is approximately 70,000 SF covering 200,000 SF of retail space.
Monitoring service covered the installation of the polyisocyanurate insulation, mopped perlite coverboards, and built-up roof system including flashings.
