The Northridge Apartments is a complex owned by Equity Residential, a large Real Estate Investment Trust (REIT). The complex includes studio, 1, 2, and 3 bedroom aparments that range from 772 SF to 1320 SF.
ABBAE used energy analysis and life cycle cost analysis to determine the economic value associated with the proposed renewable energy measure. This process involved technical investigation modeling of the proposed measure, estimate of operations and maintenance costs over time, and an energy financial analysis to rank the findings.
ABBAE’s scope of work included complete development, design, engineering and installation, start-up, and commissioning of the system.
