Allana Buick & Bers, Inc. (ABB) was retained by Federal Investment Realty Trust (FRIT) to provide leak investigation services for Building 7 at 377 Santana Row in San Jose, California.

Building #7 Santana Row is a mixed-use residential and retail project consisting of structural steel buildings built over a post tension reinforced concrete podium slab with garage parking below. The residential area consists of two stories (one apartment per story) and bridges the courtyard above the restaurants.

ABB’s investigation was focused on leaks reported in the storefront window assemblies located on both the street and courtyard side of Building 7. Our services included window, deck, and facade leak investigation, limited destructive testing, and remedial design.
