Headquarters located in Dallas, Texas.
The 2.1 million square foot State Farm hub comprises of four towers, including class-A office space, mixed use, retail, and parking facilities in a landscaped, urban atmosphere.
Conley Group was retained by Corgan/KDC as the building enclosure consultant teammate for this project to provide technical expertise from design through construction to provide peer review, construction administration, and building enclosure performance testing services.
Conley Group resolved repeated leak issues and developed requirements to resolve water intrusion issues. Specific water infiltration testing occurred at various locations in three buildings: food court, penthouse, stone cladding, coping, and elevator construction. We presented a review of our findings and provided detailed requirements to resolve the issues.
We identified necessary requirements to remedy the sources and reasons for the water infiltration. Remedial measures were taken to mitigate future water intrusion and eliminating long-term concerns regarding the building enclosure.
