Allana Buick & Bers, Inc (ABBAE) performed a wide variety of architectural-engineering consulting services for the new construction of Town Square.
Town Square is a commercial and retail complex consisting of 17 buildings including a parking structure, over 850,000 SF and a large parking structure. ABBAE provided waterproofing consulting and peer review services for all building envelope, below-grade waterproofing, and interior component details and specifications. The scope included terraces, bridges, balconies, elevator pits, foundation walls, bathroom floors, interior walls, sinks, exterior windows, and other wall penetrations.
Construction administration and monitoring services were also provided for the duration of the project.
