Allana Buick & Bers, Inc. (ABBAE) provided investigation of the exterior siding for the Waateekaa Train Museum located on the plaza at the Bechtel corporate headquarters in downtown San Francisco.
The museum is a replica of the 18 meter long wooden train car that was used to move the Bechtel family between construction sites in the 1920´s. Evaluated the condition of the existing building envelope and associated systems, and determined the causes of damage, recommended remedies for water intrusion repair and estimated construction costs.
